REQUEST for PROPOSALS: Mobile Ticketing Platform

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT PROPOSALS will be received by the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) at Pier 9, Suite 111, San Francisco, CA 94111-1451, until 2:00 pm on Monday, June 18, 2018 for the following Project: RFP #18-013 – Mobile Ticketing Platform.

WETA is seeking a Mobile Ticketing Platform (MTP) for its ferry services. The Proposer will be responsible for providing, hosting, operating and maintaining the MTP, as further described in Section C of the RFP. The MTP will be mobile application based and tickets must be available offline for visual validation. Initially only visual validation will be used by WETA staff. Tickets should show the fare class (adult, youth, senior) as well as the origin and destination to indicate the fare paid. Download the RFP below.
