WETA awarded a contract to for construction management services for the project in September 2016. WETA awarded a design build construction contract in May 2017. The design builder is working to complete the final design for the project. Resource agency permitting has been completed.

Waterside demolition will occur in September 2017. Dredging is scheduled for October 2017 and in-water pile driving is anticipated to occur in October or November 2017. Landside construction is anticipated to begin in early 2018.
