Berkeley Ferry Project

*Conceptual Illustration of a Future Berkeley Ferry Terminal and Pier*

In 2019, WETA and the City of Berkeley began a Pier/Ferry Study to consider the feasibility of a joint development project to build a dual-use ferry terminal and public access pier at the Berkeley Marina. Work on the study is near completion with next steps to be considered by the WETA Board of Directors and Berkeley City Council in early 2022.
