The WETA Board of Directors typically meets on the first Thursday of each month. Meeting dates, times and locations are subject to change.

The next meeting of the WETA Board of Directors is October 10, 2024 at 1 PM. The meeting will be offered in a hybrid format with both in-person and remote options.

The October 10 meeting will be a hybrid meeting held both in person and virtually. Participants are welcome to attend and will be able to fully participate in either mode.

In-Person Attendance and Participation

In-person attendance and participation at the WETA Board of Directors meeting will be available at Richmond City Council Chambers, Community Services Building, 440 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA. Those who feel ill, exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms or are infected with COVID-19 should not attend in person and instead participate virtually.
